The different projects
Superyacht projects are never the same. Some need structure, some need momentum, some need a fresh pair of eyes, and some simply need someone who can step in and take responsibility without becoming part of the internal hierarchy.
My role is different from that of permanent staff. I am brought in when something must change — when a project needs clarity, when a team needs reinforcement, or when a process needs to be rethought. Because I am independent, I can move freely between disciplines, identify issues early and help teams work together more effectively.
