A successful project is not only about planning, engineering and budgets. It is about people working together toward a shared goal. In the superyacht sector, design, engineering, craftsmanship and logistics come together in an environment where expectations are high. This requires structure, clear communication and mutual understanding.
My approach is shaped by years of working with teams, but also by the rhythm and mindset I find in the sports I practice. Swimming, cycling and running taught me the value of steady progress and endurance. Rowing showed me how powerful a team can be when timing and communication fall into place and jiu‑jitsu reminds me that calm thinking, technique and respect often matter more than force. These experiences influence how I guide projects: with attention to rhythm, teamwork and the human dynamics that determine whether a project moves smoothly forward.
